Welcome to The Make-A-Wish Foundation of America's Online Resources!

Two online accounts have been created for you. They are your keys to the Make-A-Wish University's online training and the National Office Application Host's suite of online applications and services known as NOAH. You have also been subscribed to the Week-In-Review, an email distribution list that recaps Foundation-wide news and resource updates.

First, here are your two sets of credentials:

Make-A-Wish University Learning Management System (LMS)

Online training site: training.mawu.wish.org
Login name: username
Login password: training1

Please allow 24 hours for your account to become active. For more information about training opportunities or your LMS account, please contact your chapter's LMS representative.

Getting started:
Go to training.mawu.wish.org and log in
Click on My Information in the menu bar and change your password
Click on Online Training in the menu bar
Select Onboarding/Introductory Foundation eCourses from the Choose a Category selection list and click Go
Click on the Register button to register for all the introductory courses – they will be placed in the My Portfolio section.

National Office Application Host (NOAH)

Login name: username
Login password: password

Use your NOAH credentials to access national resources:

• The Daily Wish – Updated every day with the latest information on wish granting, fundraising, financial management, communications and governance
• Make-A-Wish Blackbaud Suite – Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge and the Wish Module (contact your Blackbaud administrator for more information)
• NOAH SharePoint Site – Centralized NOAH collaboration and support
• I.T. Help Desk – Submit and manage national I.T. support requests
• Change NOAH Password – Login and change your NOAH password
• Password Reset – Forgot your password? Go here to reset it

And second, you have been subscribed to the Week-In-Review. This is a weekly newsletter that recaps the latest information on wish granting, fundraising, financial management, communications and governance. If you wish to unsubscribe, go to The Daily Wish, enter your email address in the Get Updates via E-mail section on the main page, select unsub and click the send button.

Finally, if you need help with or more information about MAWU, start with your chapter's LMS representive. Emails can also be sent to the National Office at training@wish.org. For help with or more information about NOAH resources, start with the person at your chapter most familiar with the resource you wish to access. The I.T. Help Desk is also available for account support and access issues: just log in to the I.T. Help Desk and open a ticket. If you can't log in, send an email to helpdesk@wish.org.
